HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN THE COVID-19 ERA : TOWARDS NEW HR PRACTICES

At the time of COVID-19, companies are facing a health crisis that has a direct impact on their performance. Today, they are active on how they can get out of this crisis. In this way, they express the will to adapt to new environmental changes. Indeed, this leads to changes in their HR practices and management styles. Against this backdrop, the HR function is forced to change its vision and approach and to remain effective, it must manage this change, which it certainly did not anticipate. At the same time it must be said, that this unexpected change has led HR to cultivate adaptability. In other words, they have demonstrated their ability to cope with change, which is certainly a major asset for companies.
